The service was EXCELLENT, we felt welcome. The breakfast was fine for a hotel of this rating with yogurt and cereal to choose from, for instance.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Oh my gosh, Maria is like the sweetest host ever! She had snacks and cold water on deck, like, all the time. The bed was super cozy, and I could walk to the Colosseum in, like, five minutes! Plus, she hooked me up with a metro pass. Seriously, such a gem!

I really enjoyed the well-stocked shared kitchen, it was perfect for making espresso , and grabbing a snack after a long day of walking around. Maria was fantastic, even giving me a complimentary metro pass!
